Newport Shores Chili Cook-Off
Time to Spice Things Up for Super Bowl LVI!
Join us for a chili cook-off on Super Bowl Sunday. All NSCA members are welcome to enter. To enter, please provide a brief description of your dish, identifying any key ingredients and other interesting details.

Judging will be on a blind basis and will combine the evaluations of (i) a small group of celebrity judges and (ii) attendees. No minimum amount of chili is required, but please plan to make enough to allow for 5 judges and at least 20 other people to sample 2 spoonfuls of your dish.
We will distribute prizes for (i) best overall, (ii) best meat based, (iii) best veggie based and (iv) most creative (let your imagination run wild). Paper serveware to distribute your chili will be provided.
Please bring your dish in a crock pot or other container that will enable it to stay warm (and an extension cord to connect it to power as needed).
Please plan to have your dish on site and ready to serve by 2:30pm. The game starts at 3:30pm. Results of the judging will be announced at halftime of the Super Bowl.
