“WHERE’S THE PARTY” SAVE THE DATES
This summer we will have 3 “Where’s the Party?” events so mark your calendar! Remember these events are for over 21 only. You bring an appetizer and your own drink. Cups, plates, ice, etc. will be provided.
BEGINNING OF THE SUMMER TROPICAL NIGHT TO REMEMBER
When: Saturday, June 9
Time: 5:00 pm to 8 PM
Where: At the clubhouse on the beach
What’s happening: The Pan Jive Steel Drum band will be there playing a nice mix UB40, Bob Marley, Sade, Jimmy Buffett, “Happy” by Pharell Williams, Kokomo by the Beach Boys, a couple of Eagles, etc., etc. for your dancing pleasure. Gina’s famous mai tais will be for sale at the bar. Corn hole, ping pong and Left, Right Center will be available.
What to wear: Anything tropical from Reyn Spooner to that old muu muu or pareo. A tropical lei and a flower in your hair are a must!
PROGRESSIVE DINNER
When: Saturday, August 25
Time and Place:
5:00 to 6:00 Peter Hurley and Jennifer Thomas home at 423 Colton for appetizers. Anyone whose last name starts with A-L will bring appetizers.
6:00 to 7:00 Salads at George and Gina Lesley’s home at 500 Canal Street
7:00 to 8:00 Dessert at Linda Seaborn’s home at 5 Canal Street. Anyone whose last name starts with M-Z brings a dessert.
