The Newport Shores Community Association will hold its Annual Meeting of the Members 1:00 PM Saturday, April 3, 2021, via Zoom. Here is the meeting log in information:

The purposes of the annual meeting:
- To elect five (5) Owners to the Board of Directors by Membership vote with the term of office for two (2) years each.
- To provide members with a status report on the finances, important projects, and outlook for the upcoming year, and;
- To vote on IRS Revenue Ruling 70-604.
Ballots have been mailed and need to be received by the Inspector of Elections on or before Friday, April 2, 2021 in order to be counted OR you may hand-deliver your ballot to the Inspector of Elections by dropping your signed ballot in the Clubhouse mail slot before the 1:00 PM April 3, 2021.
We will have our new Mayor Brad Avery as a guest and he will provide an update on the state of the City as well as a question an answer session. The Board will be asking the Mayor City questions during the Zoom meeting and if you would like something addressed with the Mayor please those questions to [email protected].
