Annual Newport Shores Community Association Dues
The 2024 dues have been mailed and all members should be in receipt of their invoices. Just a friendly reminder that your annual HOA payments are due by March 1, 2024.

Note that dues increased from 2023 to 2024 by fifty ($50) dollars, so the new annual dues amount is now six hundred and fifty ($650) dollars. Know that your board is working hard to balance high quality asset management and cost containment in an inflationary environment. In 2023, the NSCA had some particularly large expenditures including exorbitant gas bills in the first half of the year and other improvements such as the pool replastering project which came in 40% higher than reserves. That said, our NSCA remains in good financial health and we expect this increase will help us stay that way long into the future!
