In the next few days you will be receive a package from our association management company’s “INSPECTOR OF ELECTIONS”.  This package contains election materials for the board of directors and our proposed updated Bylaws.  Please look for this package and respond as soon as possible, it is extremely important to receive your ballots as soon as possible.

Our Bylaws, originally created in 1960 have become obsolete.    This past year a Bylaw revision committee was formed to work with our general counsel and update this document to comply with current laws and regulations governing homeowners associations.   The Committee took great care not to make changes that would alter any of the rights currently enjoyed by either the Membership or the Board of Directors.  At the February 2, 2016 Board Meeting the final version was unanimously approved by the Board or Directors.

In order to implement these updates we need a majority of the Members to approve casting a YES vote.

IT IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT THAT YOU CAST A VOTE ON THIS MATTER, PLEASE RETURN YOUR BALLOT ASAP.
