NEWPORT BEACH CITY COUNCIL Short Term Lodging Review TUESDAY, AUGUST 9th

Newport Beach Staff Report is NOT in support of expanding short term lodgings (STL) into the R-1 neighborhoods, like Newport Shores.  Learn about City Staff Report, the potential impact of STLs in Newport Beach, share your opinion or get involved involved.  After numerous complaints to the NSCA Board about STLs in our neighborhood and their guests at our Clubhouse, The NSCA Board sent the following letter in support of the City Staff’s position.

Please note; Newport Shores Community Association policy states that properties not in compliance with city ordinances, will lose pool/clubhouse facility access and use. Short Term Rental guests (those with or without valid City permits) are not allowed in the pool/clubhouse facility.
